To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be sealed, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return due to health & safety regulations

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We'll notify you via email about the status of your return

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
