Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We primarily ship orders using USPS Ground Advantage®.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, USPS operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. We may also offer Free Shipping on eligible orders or during promotional periods.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

Please allow some time for USPS tracking information to update after your package has been accepted by the carrier.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses throughout the United States.

International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the delivery address.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days so our support team can review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.
